Information We Collect

When you contact us, request an estimate, or hire us for work, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address, and service address
• Photos and measurements of your property related to the project
• Project details (roof type, scope of work, materials, schedule)
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic in aggregate (page visits, referring source, device type, general location). We do not use Analytics to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and send estimates, contracts, invoices, and receipts
• To schedule and complete the work you have hired us for
• To send job updates, follow-up questions, and warranty information
• To send appointment reminders and project updates by phone, email, or text message (with your consent)

Text Messaging (SMS)

We only text customers who have given verbal consent. Before adding your phone number to our texting list, a member of our team asks for permission in person or by phone. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by project. We do not share or sell phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text message content with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We share information only when needed to do the job, such as with subcontractors and suppliers (e.g., delivering materials to your address), our payment processor (Stripe), our communication providers (Twilio for SMS, Microsoft for email), or when required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Customer data is stored in our private CRM. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Your Choices

• You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time
• You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP
• You can opt out of email follow-ups by asking us in writing
